When I heard that almost 50% of all traffic today comes to a website through video marketing I decided to take a serious look at Article Video Robot so that I could take advantage of some of this free traffic.


I have been using Article Video Robot for almost a month now and so I can give you an honest review of what they have to offer. I am not technically inclined and so making my own videos was a huge challenge for me.


I started with the free 14 day trial and upgraded to a Power Account within a few days and certainly was impressed at how easy it was to convert my articles into video. They have 2 levels that you can upgrade to via PayPal or 2CheckOut:


1. Power Account at $47 a month, and
2. Business Account at $97 a month.


With Article Video Robot, you can create one video with complete voice-over, animation, graphics, video editing and distribution all for about $1 per video!


Converting your articles to video is easy and they have 2 editors, the New One Click Ezine Wizard and the Full Editor. They provide Video Tutorials for both editors.


The One Click Editor enables you to convert your articles that you have submitted to the top 5 article directories (including Ezine Articles) to video in just one click.


I started with the One Click Editor but soon advanced to the Full Editor where I could add images (that they supply), plus you can upload your own images, add music to your videos (again use their music or upload your own), edit your paragraphs, choose from a selection of voice-overs and more. I find with each article I convert to video I become more adventurous and use more of the options that are available.


Your membership includes credits that are allocated to you every month for downloading your videos and submitting your videos to the Video Directories. No credits are deducted if a submission doesn’t go through successfully. Should you use these up you can always purchase more. In your Member’s Area you can clearly see all the videos you have created and those that you have submitted.


They also provide the option (1 credit) to spin your videos, enabling you to add different titles and change the wording of your paragraphs so as to avoid the duplicate content issue. 


In the submission process, apart from making it simple to submit to the Video Directories, they make it easy to bookmark your videos to the social bookmarking sites and submit them to Facebook and Twitter too.


A New Member Bonus is the Article Reel – you can view my Article Video Blog here: Online Business Ideas, which I have uploaded to my own domain. As you create a new video it is automatically added to your Article Reel and there are so many SEO advantages to this and it is a great back link builder too. The Video Tutorial explains exactly how to set it up.


The only drawback I can see so far is that if you decide to no longer be a member they do not allow you to keep your ArticleReel.


They provide you with a very educational Video Introduction, Video Tutorials, a pdf manual and a detailed FAQ section. I have used the Support Desk on numerous occasions during this month and can honestly say I am extremely impressed with the speed and quality of the responses received from the support staff.


You can supplement your monthly subscription by participating in the generous Article Video Robot Affiliate Program, which pays you 50% recurring commission on every sale you make and they pay out via PayPal weekly. They provide full statistic (created by awstats) so you can track and view your traffic in real time with graphs. They also provide a vast array of promotional materials too. You just need to sell 3 subscriptions a month and your subscription will be covered.

From my experience so far I would highly recommend Article Video Robot, not only as a way to get more back links, but also to start taking advantage of the massive amount of traffic that comes to a website through video marketing.
